Hard riding, straight answers
We started this business because buying sports kit was harder than it needed to be: confusing specifications, items described as fit for a job they are not, and nobody willing to say that a cheaper option would do. We are a sports shop for cycling, running, the gym, the outdoors and the water - and cycling is the first department open because it is where we know our stuff.
We are a retailer, not a brand
We do not make any of this. We choose it from manufacturers we trust and we publish their real specifications, checked against the maker's own pages. That independence is the whole point: if something from another brand suits you better - or costs less - we can say so without it hurting us.
Between us we have spent years riding, racing, training and, more often, fixing the kit. We have seen what fails, what lasts, and which specifications actually matter in daily use. Most of that knowledge is dull and practical, and it is exactly what you should be told before you spend four figures.
How we workOur promise to you
- We tell you the truth about what we sell. Where a product has a legal limit or a safety standard, we state it. We will not sell you something that quietly needs registering and insuring, in any department.
- We will recommend the cheaper option when it is the right one. We would rather have a customer for ten years than a sale for one afternoon.
- You get 14 days to change your mind. Use it properly and see how it lives with you. Every sale carries the legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. No exceptions, no restocking fee.
- We do not hide the aftercare. Warranty terms, manufacturer lead times and your return rights are published, not buried.
- We answer the phone. When something goes wrong, you get the people who sold it to you, not a call centre and not the brand.

- An independent retailer of other manufacturers' sports equipment, with cycling open now and further departments following.
- An online business, so every order is delivered to your door and tracked, with bikes arriving assembled.
- The seller in law, which means we handle warranty claims for you rather than sending you to the brand.
No hard sell, no invented specifications
We do not quote range figures as if they were promises, we do not claim a product is road legal when it needs type approval, and we do not pretend a warranty replaces your legal rights.

The products, prices and specifications shown here are taken from what each brand publishes. Where a maker does not publish a figure, we show it as not stated rather than guessing. Prices and availability change, so we confirm both with you before taking payment.
