Get paid for the bikes you already recommend
If you run a club, a channel, a newsletter or a shop counter, send people our way and earn a share of what they buy. You get a link that remembers them and a code they can type. You start at 1% of the goods value, move to 3% once you are selling, and can reach the top rate of 5% with a strong sales record. Commission is paid once the 14-day return window has passed.
Three things, no dashboard to learn
Share your link
Every partner gets their own address, like dynamiteathletics.co.uk/?ref=YOURCODE, and a short code for people who would rather type it. Both are on your portal, ready to copy.
We remember them
Arriving through your link sets a first-party cookie for 60 days, so the sale still counts if they come back later. A code typed at checkout credits you too, if the cookie has gone.
You see the money
Your portal lists every click, order and commission, with what is still inside the return window and what is ready to pay. No invoices, no spreadsheets, no guessing.
Three rates, earned on your record
Commission is a share of the goods value of an order - the bikes themselves, not the delivery charge. There are three tiers, and the rate is worked out from your cleared sales in the last twelve months. It is not a negotiation and it is not a favour: it is the same rule for everyone.
Only sales that have passed the return window count, and the window is rolling, so a tier is kept by continuing to sell rather than by having sold once. The rate is fixed when the order is placed, so moving up or down later never rewrites what you have already earned. Your portal shows your tier and exactly what the next one needs.
Every sale carries a legal 14-day return window. Your commission is held for that period and becomes payable afterwards. If the order is cancelled or refunded inside or after it, the commission goes with it. Test orders are never counted.
Payouts are recorded in your portal as they happen, with a note of what they cover. Tell us how you would like to be paid in the payout note on your account; bank details are arranged directly with the shop and are not stored in the portal.
What we ask of you
- Recommend what actually fits. The same rule we hold ourselves to: if the cheaper bike is the right one, say so.
- Say that it is a paid link. UK advertising rules require it, and the ASA has been clear that a disclosure buried at the bottom of a page does not count.
- No invented prices, stock or lead times. Link to the product page so the customer sees the live figure.
- No bidding on our brand in paid search, and no pretending to be us. Everything else - your audience, your tone, your format - is yours.
The small print that matters
- Rate: 1% to start, 3% at Established and 5% at Elite. The rate is worked out from cleared sales in the last 12 months, appears on your portal, and is never more than 5% of the goods value.
- Bonuses: from time to time the shop puts a fixed amount per unit on a particular product. It is paid on top of your tier rate and is frozen onto the order when it is placed.
- Friends: £25 once, when a partner you named through your referral link has their first sale clear the return window.
- Attribution: your link sets a 60-day first-party cookie. A code typed at checkout counts if the cookie is missing. The most recent partner's link wins.
- Held: 14 days from payment, matching the customer's right to cancel.
- Paid: recorded by the shop against your account, with the date and amount visible to you.
- Your data: we hold your name, email, what you told us about your audience, and your numbers. No customer's personal data is shared with you, and you never see who bought.
- Leaving: either side can end this at any time. Commission already cleared is still paid; links and codes stop working.
Product bonuses and the friend scheme
Extra money on the bikes we are pushing
When the shop wants to move a particular model, it puts a fixed amount per unit on it - say £75 on a Scrambler. You earn that on top of your tier percentage, and every live bonus is listed in your portal with its end date. It is worked out when the order is placed, so ending a bonus never removes what you already earned.
£25 when a partner you name makes their first sale
Every partner gets a referral link. Send it to somebody who would be good at this; when their first sale has cleared the 14-day return window, £25 is added to what we owe you. One payment per friend, and it sits alongside commission and product bonuses in the same balance.

We check that the audience fits what we sell and that the disclosure rules will be followed. If it is not a fit, you will still get an answer.
Ask before applying
If you are unsure whether your audience is right, or you want to agree a rate for a larger partnership, use the contact page and say it is about the partner programme.
