Assist is not the same as easy
You still pedal - that is the whole point. A road-legal motor gives you up to 250 W and cuts out at 15.5 mph, which is enough to turn a climb into a gear you did not know you had. The effort stays yours. What changes is how far you can take it.

14 days to change your mind
Use it properly for two weeks. If it is not right, cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery and send it back for a full refund, including the standard delivery you paid.
Warranty we deal with
You buy from us, so your consumer rights are with us and not the brand. If something goes wrong we handle the claim for you rather than leaving you to chase the manufacturer.
